Inside: Discover a simple way to create awesome Easter baskets for toddlers and bring joy to your little ones this Easter!

When I wrote my list of Easter basket ideas for babies and toddlers I realized that there are so many awesome things to choose from!

This is a good thing but it can also make it difficult for us to choose the best things to include in the Easter baskets for toddlers.

As I was thinking about this, I remembered a great idea that people often use for their Christmas gifts: the 4 gift rule. It basically refers to including 4 different gift categories into a Christmas gift for kids: something they want, something they need, something to wear, and something to read.

This idea makes shopping a lot easier and it’s also an easy way to make sure that the gift is both fun and practical.

So I tried to find a similar approach for the Easter basket. And I came up with 5 categories that are great for toddlers:

  • something to play with
  • something to read together
  • something to encourage creativity
  • something educational
  • something just for fun.

Using this easy formula, I was able to quickly find some great Easter basket ideas not only for toddlers but also for older kids!

You can apply this idea to any age but in this post, I just want to focus on toddlers. So I’ve gathered here 5 ideas to inspire you to create a nice Easter basket for your toddler!
